These terms govern your use of shop.momsora.in, operated by Momsora from Kottanthala, Palathingal, Parappanangadi, Malappuram, Kerala, India.

By browsing this site or placing an order you accept these terms, along with our privacy, shipping, cancellation and returns policies, which form part of them.

You must be at least 18 years old, or ordering with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the name, address, phone number and any personalisation text you give us, and for keeping your account password to yourself.

We photograph and describe our products as faithfully as we can, but screens differ and many of our items are handmade or hand-finished — small variation in colour, grain, weave and finish is part of what you are buying, not a fault.

All items are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, withdraw a product, or correct a description at any time.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms only when we confirm dispatch.

We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — where stock is unavailable, a price was listed in error, the pincode is unserviceable, or we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse.

Prices are in Indian Rupees and may change without notice, though a change never affects an order already confirmed. Shipping charges and any taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment terms are set out in our payments policy.

Momsora does not accept change-of-mind returns. Damaged, wrong, incomplete and defective items are replaced under the conditions in our returns and refunds policy, which you should read before ordering.

Reviews are moderated before publication, and we may decline or remove content that is abusive, off-topic, defamatory or fake.

By submitting a review, photo or comment you give Momsora a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display it on our site and channels. You keep ownership of what you wrote.

We take real responsibility for what we send you. Beyond that, and to the extent Indian law allows, Momsora's total liability in relation to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control such as weather, strikes, courier failure, or restrictions imposed by authorities. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Malappuram, Kerala.
