What belongs to Momsora

The Momsora name, logo, product designs, packaging, photography, illustrations, product descriptions, journal writing and the design of this site are the intellectual property of Momsora, protected under Indian copyright and trade mark law.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell or republish them, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

What you may do

We are glad when people share what they bought:

  • Share our product photos on social media with credit to @momsora and a link back.
  • Photograph and post the items you own however you like.
  • Quote a short passage from our journal with attribution and a link.
  • Write about Momsora in reviews, blogs and articles.

What you may not do

Please do not:

  • Use our photography or copy to sell your own or anybody else's products.
  • Reproduce our designs, layouts or packaging commercially.
  • Use the Momsora name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse, supply or partner with you when we do not.
  • Bulk-scrape this site's catalogue, images or text, whether by hand or by automated tools, including for training machine-learning models.

Islamic and cultural content

Where our products carry Qur'anic verses, du'a, hadith or other sacred text, we source them from recognised references and check them before printing.

We treat this material with the respect it deserves. If you believe we have reproduced something inaccurately or handled it inappropriately, tell us — we would rather correct it than defend it.

Reporting a concern

If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, or misuses religious or cultural material, write to hello@momsora.in with:

  • The exact page or product URL.
  • A description of the material concerned.
  • Why you believe it is infringing or incorrect.
  • Proof of your rights, where you are claiming ownership.
  • Your name and contact details.

How we respond

We acknowledge every report within 3 working days and investigate it properly.

Where a claim is valid we remove or correct the material promptly, and tell you what we did. We do not need a lawyer to be involved for us to fix something we got wrong.
