What to send with your message
- Your order number, if you have one.
- The email address used at checkout.
- Photos, if a piece arrived damaged — please send them within 24 hours of delivery.
- The exact spelling you want, if the question is about a personalised piece.
Orders, delivery and returns
Track a shipment from the order tracking page using your order number and email. Cancellation, replacement and delivery timelines are set out in the shipping, cancellation and returns policies.
Gifting and bulk enquiries
For corporate hampers, Eid gifting, school or masjid orders and personalised sets for groups, use the bulk and corporate gifting enquiry form so we can quote properly.
