Personalization policy

Anything carrying a name, initials, a date or custom text is made for one person and cannot be resold. Personalised items therefore cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for change of mind.

They are still fully covered if they arrive damaged, defective, or printed differently from the spelling you approved.

We print exactly what you type — character for character, including capitals, spacing and punctuation.

Please read your entry twice before you pay. We cannot re-make an item free of charge because of a typo, a missing letter, or a name spelled the way you later wished you had spelled it. The order confirmation email shows exactly what we received; if something is wrong there, tell us within 12 hours and we will fix it if production has not started.

We take Arabic and Islamic text seriously.

Supply Arabic exactly as you want it rendered, including harakat, and we will reproduce it faithfully. Where a name or phrase carries religious weight, we may write to you to confirm the rendering before printing rather than guess. We will decline any personalisation that disrespects Islam or any other faith, and refund that order in full.

Personalised items add roughly 1–3 working days to dispatch, because they are made after you order.

Changes or cancellations are possible only before production begins. Once your item is in production, it cannot be altered or cancelled.

Font, size and placement are chosen by us to suit each product, and long text is set smaller so it fits well.

Engraving, foiling and printing sit differently on leather, wood, metal and paper. Small variation between one personalised piece and the next is a characteristic of the process, not a defect.
