Payments policy

All prices on this site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and popular wallets through our payment gateway, along with Momsora gift cards. Cash on delivery is available on serviceable pincodes, subject to the courier and to any order-value limit shown at checkout.

Momsora never sees or stores your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank password.

Payments are captured on the payment gateway's own secure, PCI-DSS compliant screen. We receive only a confirmation, the amount, and a reference number for the transaction. There is nothing sensitive saved on our side to lose.

If a payment fails or drops mid-way, the order is not confirmed and nothing is dispatched.

If money left your account for a failed order, it is an authorisation your bank has not settled. Banks release these automatically, usually within 5–7 working days. If it has not come back by then, send us the order number and the bank reference at hello@momsora.in and we will follow it up with the gateway.

Never pay for the same order twice to force it through. Contact us instead — duplicate payments are refunded in full.

Gift card balances are applied against your order total at checkout and any remaining balance stays on the card for later use. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Coupon codes carry their own conditions — minimum order value, validity dates and usage limits — shown when the code is applied. Only one coupon may be used per order unless we state otherwise.

We check our prices carefully, but if an item is listed at an obviously wrong price we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full rather than dispatch it. We will contact you before doing so.

If something is wrong with your order, please write to hello@momsora.in first — we resolve genuine problems quickly and at our cost.

Raising a chargeback without contacting us slows everything down for both of us, and we will contest chargebacks on orders that were delivered as described, using courier proof of delivery.
